Polarbox & Two Poles Legal Terms and Conditions

From May 11, 2026 to May 12, 2026

1. PROMOTION ORGANIZING COMPANY

The company Galma Skincare SL, with registered office at CALLE RIVERO 27, BADALONA (BARCELONA) and NIF ESB02975720, and the company Polarbox, with registered office at CARRETERA N-444, KM 2.95 21440 - LEPE (HUELVA) and NIF B21255419, are organizing for promotional purposes a national giveaway (hereinafter, "the Promotion") to be conducted via the Internet, exclusively for users residing in Spain (Peninsula) and of legal age, in accordance with the provisions of the participation conditions section.

2. START DATE AND END DATE

The Promotion will begin on May 11, 2026 at 9:30 AM and will end on May 12, 2026 at 9:30 AM. The winners will be announced on May 12, 2026 throughout the day.

 

3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS

The participation requirements are as follows:

• Only individuals residing in mainland Spain who are over 18 years of age may participate.

• Only participants who comment as indicated in the Instagram post and meet all the requirements mentioned therein may participate.

• Participants may enter this promotion more than once.

• All participants in the giveaway, by participating in the giveaway, signify their acceptance of the conditions, accept the terms of this promotion, the rules governing their participation, and the stated terms, conditions, and personal data protection and privacy policy.

• Persons linked by employment or commercial relationship to both the organizing company and the collaborating companies, nor their relatives, by affinity and/or consanguinity, up to the second degree, may not participate in the promotion, and may not under any circumstances benefit from the prizes. If any person ceases to be an employee of the aforementioned entities during the promotional period, under no circumstances may they claim a prize if they are declared a winner.

The mechanics of the Promotion consist of:

An Instagram giveaway. Users must follow @twopolescosmetics (Two poles), @polarboxstyle_official (Polarbox) and tag a person in the comments of the post as indicated in the promotion post.

4. PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES

A total of 8 winners will be randomly selected by Two Poles using WASK on May 12, 2026, from the official giveaway posts on Instagram. The winners will be selected through the WASK random number generation platform and their names will be communicated via the social network (in the original post or stories).

Each winner will receive the following prize:

• 1 striped toiletry bag, 1 Lip Hero Balm SPF, and 1 Luminous Face Mist from Two Poles

• 1 Polarbox cooler and 2 1L food containers from Polarbox

In the event that any of the winners do not meet the requirements established in these terms, renounce the prize, or cannot be contacted for reasons beyond our control, the order of replacement for reserves will be the same as they were designated.

For prize delivery, a direct message will be sent to the winner(s) from the official Social Media account of both brands (Instagram) (to the name under which the individuals are registered on Instagram). Winners must reply to this private message with their personal contact details and shipping address for the prize within 48 hours from the notification date.

If, after this period, the winner does not contact the organizing companies via Instagram, it will be understood that the Prize has been rejected and the corresponding reserve will be contacted.

The winners will be awarded their prizes via courier service within 30 days from the date they submit their contact details and confirm their date of birth, in accordance with the privacy policy mentioned herein.

The consumer cannot request a prize other than the one described, nor substitute it for a prize of equivalent nature, nor for its economic value. Rejection of the prize will not entail any consideration.

The prize is as indicated in the legal terms and conditions, unless external reasons or availability require it to be replaced by one of a similar category.

The prize cannot be claimed if the package is returned by the courier service to our facilities because it could not be delivered to the address provided by the winner.

Only shipments to mainland Spain will be made.

Each collaborating brand will send its part of the prize. Therefore, the prize may arrive in different shipments.

5. DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES

If it is evident that any of the participants does not meet the requirements set forth in the Terms, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered null and void, and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.

6. PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS

Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, insulting, or discriminatory, or that may violate third-party rights, will not be allowed. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and self-image will also not be allowed. We will not be responsible for damages caused by comments made by participants in the Promotion that may at any time hurt the sensitivities of other participants.

7. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

By way of illustration, but not limitation, we are not responsible for possible losses, thefts, delays, or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use that the participant makes of the prize obtained from this Promotion.

We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the realization of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.

8. INSTAGRAM

The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated in any way with Instagram, so participants release Instagram from all liability for any damages arising therefrom.

9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The data provided by participants will be treated confidentially and collected in an automated file of personal data, with the companies involved in the giveaway. The involved companies guarantee full compliance with Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Data Protection collected in this giveaway, especially regarding the exercise of rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and objection of personal data of contestants.

WHAT ARE THE USER'S RIGHTS?

The user is responsible for the veracity of the data provided and must request its modification whenever necessary to ensure its correct processing, the correct provision of contracted services, and the performance of communications.

The user has the following rights:

• Access to know whether or not we are processing your data, and what specific information.

• Rectification of your data when it is inaccurate or incomplete.

• Erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

• Restriction of its processing, in certain circumstances, in which case we will only retain it for the exercise or defense of claims. Also to demand the suspension of processing or retention of data according to the cases presented.

• Object to processing, in specific cases and for reasons related to your particular situation, whereby we will stop processing the data, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds, or for the exercise or defense of possible claims.

• Portability of your data so that it can be provided to you in a specific format and transferred to another controller, if possible.

10. CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional terms, to the extent that it does not harm or diminish the rights of participants in the Promotion.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These legal terms will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of Palencia will be competent to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation, or fulfillment of these terms.
