These Online Purchase Conditions apply to the offer and sale of products by GALMA SKINCARE S.L. (hereinafter TWO POLES), through the website www.twopoles.co
GALMA SKINCARE S.L., with headquarters in Badalona, Barcelona (Spain), with tax identification number B02975720, is the owner of the website www.twopoles.co.
TWO POLES asks its users to carefully read these Purchase Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy before using this website and placing any Order. If you have any questions, please contact us through our main contact channel hello@twopoles.co.
The use of this website or the placement of an Order through it (regardless of the means and device), implies the acceptance of these Purchase Conditions, as well as the Privacy and Cookies Policy.
Our Purchase Conditions comply with current regulations. TWO POLES may modify these Purchase Conditions at any time; however, in case of modification, it would not affect a previous or ongoing order, but it would apply to a future order.
TWO POLES may at any time decide on particular conditions different from those detailed here for certain sales, promotions, and/or products. These latter conditions will take precedence over these Purchase Conditions. However, these would not affect past or ongoing orders.
Availability of the sales service
To purchase our products through our website, the Customer must:
- Be over 18 years old
- Make the purchase from one of the countries where TWO POLES sells and ships. To check in which countries our sales and shipping service is available, please visit the "Shipping" section.
- Be a consumer or end customer, understood as a person who acquires them solely for their final use and for purposes unrelated to their commercial activity, business, trade or profession, not allowing purchase for commercial purposes. The products described on our website and any samples thereof that we may provide are for personal use only. The Customer may not sell or resell such products and/or samples.
- Have a valid debit and/or credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or any of the means that the TWO POLES website allows for payments.
- Provide the personal data requested when placing your Order or registering.
Our Products
Users can find all information regarding our products on our website, including technical descriptions, ingredient lists, usage instructions, and photographs illustrating the products.
TWO POLES kindly asks users to report any errors directly to hello@twopoles.co so that we can make the necessary modifications.
Regarding our products, TWO POLES will offer a Customer Service to answer questions about skin care, complementary information, their benefits and properties, as well as their applicability. To request this service, you can contact us via email hello@twopoles.co and we will be happy to assist you. However, the recommendations issued by TWO POLES should not be considered medical advice in any case, and the use of this service will always be at the user's own risk and responsibility. TWO POLES can always answer questions about its products, but will never issue medical advice; on the contrary, we will always advise you to consult your dermatologist for skin problems, as they are the true specialists.
Purchase Process
TWO POLES has developed an intuitive website that will be easy to use as you navigate through it.
To place an Order, you must follow the online purchase procedure that will be indicated to you.
Once you have selected your product(s) and wish to finalize your purchase, you will be prompted to register as a Customer if you are not already. This last step will require the creation of a personal profile on our website. If you have already created your profile, you can proceed to purchase by logging in with your email and password.
Likewise, to proceed with the purchase, you must accept our privacy and cookies policies. Without accepting these policies, you will not be able to finalize your order. We advise you to read them carefully.
Products and Packs: definition
Users can purchase PRODUCTS individually and in bundles, which we call PACKS, on the TWO POLES website. These PACKS are usually offered at a special promotional price.
PACK groupings are designed based on an application routine for several products, or for the purchase of products that the user uses most often. The prices of PACKS are lower than the direct sum of the individual products they comprise. In no case is it an offer code, even if it is a promotional code. Discount coupons or codes that the user may have cannot be applied to PACKS, nor to gift cards.
Prices, Promotional Codes and Offers
PRICE
Products and packs will be sold at the price indicated on our website.
All prices include VAT. The prices on our website are public sale prices (PVP) and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
At the time the Customer confirms the order, the price shown in the order will be valid.
Prices displayed on our website may be changed at any time. Such possible changes will not affect Orders for which we have already sent a confirmation email.
The prices displayed on the website exclude shipping costs. If the order is subject to shipping costs, these vary depending on the value of the products purchased and the country or region where delivery is to be made.
In the Shipping section, we detail the minimum purchase values for free shipping. For example, for Spain (peninsula) with a purchase over 55 Euros, your shipping costs are free.
Digital products such as ebooks or Gift Cards are not included in the minimum amount for free shipping.
PROMOTIONAL CODES AND OFFERS
TWO POLES reserves the right to make promotions and offers on its website as it deems appropriate.
In case of a special promotion, it will be applied automatically at the end of your Order or through a promotional code or directly by the website if it is an internal promotion, as indicated in each case.
If the user has a discount coupon, they must enter it before finalizing their purchase in the designated space and ensure that they have applied the discount, which will be automatically deducted from the total order.
Unless otherwise indicated, promotions and offers cannot be combined with other promotions or offers the user may have. This means only one discount coupon can be used per order. However, you can save promotional coupons for future purchases as long as they do not expire and meet the application conditions.
Likewise, if there is a promotional discount applied directly to the prices of the products on our website, it will not be possible to enter coupons, as, as indicated, coupons and/or discounts are not cumulative.
TWO POLES may at any time limit the applicability of promotions and offers. Examples include applying promotional codes and offers to a minimum purchase, limiting the duration of the offer (the promotional coupon has expired), etc.
Except for special TWO POLES promotions regarding shipping costs, promotional coupons or codes will never apply to shipping costs.
Discount codes will not be applicable to PACKS or gift cards.
SPECIAL SUMMER SALES 2025
During the summer sales (June and July 2025), the code SUMMERSALES will be applied to get a 20% discount on the total cart.
This code is not cumulative with other offers, promotions, or packs.
There are two gifts per purchase: a Two Poles brush-mirror (can be yellow or off-white), for orders +€99 and the Cloud Cup + brush for orders +€159.
The amounts marked to obtain the gifts DO NOT include shipping costs, and are always considered with the 20% discount already applied.
That is, the gifts will be applied automatically in the cart if the total amount of the products -20% discount exceeds these quantities.
Gift Cards: Gift Card and e-Gift Card
Many times we want to buy something special or give a gift to someone special, but when it comes to cosmetics... it's crucial to know what skin type or need that person has, and no one will know better than they do.
For all these cases and many more, TWO POLES has the special gift:
- Electronic Gift Card: e-GIFT CARD
The purchase process is very easy, here's how to do it:
- Choose the amount of your card: they have predefined values of 50, 100, and 150 euros
- Add the card to your cart and complete the purchase with your details.
- We will send you the e-gift card only via e-mail so you can forward it or print it out once purchased and give it to someone in hand.
- The person who receives the e-Gift Card will be able to use it to purchase any of our products using the code that will appear in the email you receive, below the card image.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE E-GIFT CARD
What if there is money left over from the purchase, what does the person paying with an e-Gift Card do?
The card will function as a voucher. That is, we will only deduct what is spent, so when they re-enter it, the balance will be on the card and they can use it for their second purchase, provided it does not exceed the card's expiration date, should the card have one indicated.
Will the e-gift card alone be sufficient for payment? Or will something else be needed?
E-Gift-Cards are payment methods in themselves. This payment will occur when the card's code is validated by entering it at the end of the transaction, in the same way a promotional code is used. Enter the card's code in the designated area before finally validating the purchase, and once done, you can finalize the purchase, so the card will be applied to your purchase.
Payment Methods
The Customer may use a debit and/or credit card (VISA or MasterCard) as a payment method through the STRIPE payment gateway, ensuring a secure payment. We also offer PAYPAL, APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY, and SCALAPAY.
The transaction carried out through our payment gateway means that payments are made directly by the gateway to our customers and TWO POLES will not have access to customer bank details.
TWO POLES COSMETICS S.L. will not accept debit and/or credit cards other than those indicated above and/or with billing and/or delivery addresses outside the countries where TWO POLES sells and ships, as detailed in the SHIPPING section of this website.
By clicking “pay now”, the user is confirming that the card belongs to them. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, your card details will be encrypted. Cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity, but if said entity does not authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and the contract cannot be formalized. The user's credit card will be charged when the order is placed and TWO POLES receives the information.
If you purchase with Scalapay, you will receive your order and pay in 3 installments. You confirm that the installments will be sold to and purchased by Retail Instalments SPV 1 Limited, to the related parties and their beneficiaries, and you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably authorize and consent to this sale and purchase.
E-Gift-Cards are payment methods.

In the SHIPPING section, you will find detailed all shipping operations and prices, as well as the minimum order from which shipping costs are free for the user.

The personal data you provide us will be kept for the time necessary to comply with legal and contractual obligations according to current regulations at all times. The legal basis for the processing of your data is your consent. Your data will not be transferred to any third party except for legal obligation and to related companies. You are informed that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability and opposition by sending an email to hello@twopoles.co. You can obtain more information about your rights by visiting the website of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, as well as file a complaint with this body if you deem it appropriate. Partial Nullity
If any of these Conditions or any provision of a contract is declared null and void by a firm resolution issued by a competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions will remain in force, without being affected by said declaration of nullity.
Applicable law and conflict resolution
These Purchase Conditions and, consequently, the corresponding electronic Contract that is entered into, will be governed by Spanish law and subject to the Spanish and exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Mataró (Spain).
