Two Poles ships worldwide. We prepare your order with great care from our warehouse, near Barcelona, and we find the best carrier to ensure it reaches you as soon as possible.
Shipping
Orders are processed the next business day after your purchase, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.
These are our warehouse holidays* in 2026 that may affect order shipping:

*Please note that there may be other local holidays in your area that affect order deliveries.
Delivery times** and shipping costs vary depending on the shipping zone. For example, in mainland Spain, barring incidents or force majeure, the delivery time is 24-72 hours once the carrier has picked it up, and shipping is free for orders over €55.
*FLYINGFREE COUPON: For free shipping promotions, the coupon, which cannot be combined with other coupons or discounts, is only applicable for shipments to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For other areas (such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and international), an equivalent discount (€4.90) will be applied. Write to us after completing your purchase with your order number and we will manage it!

**Please remember that during high volume periods such as Black Friday, sales, or similar, delivery times may be extended. However, all of us, our warehouse, and the carriers are working to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
For orders outside mainland Spain, please note that you are responsible for paying local customs taxes. These are not included in the price, and Two Poles is not responsible for the payment of customs duties or taxes arising from the shipment.
For some destinations such as the Canary Islands or certain international shipments, it is necessary to provide an ID or passport for shipping to avoid customs issues. If you have not specified it when filling in your details, it will be requested in a subsequent email, which may cause delays in order shipment.
For orders over €145 to the Canary Islands and over £135 to the United Kingdom, there may be an increase in shipping costs and an associated customs tax for which Two Poles is not responsible. A possible solution is to place two separate orders so that the total amount of both is below this figure (€145/£135).
*** Some international destinations, such as the USA, are currently unavailable due to customs and tariff issues. We hope to be able to offer them very soon.
When your order is picked up from our warehouse, the transport company will send you a message (either by email or SMS) from which you can track it. Generally, if they attempt delivery and you are not found, they may try again or deposit it at a pickup point.
From the tracking link, you can always see where your order is, when the deadline for return from the pickup point expires, if there have been any problems or delays, etc.
