It depends a bit on when the order is placed and the destination. 🚀 From Monday to Friday, orders are processed the next business day after your purchase, while orders received on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Regarding delivery times once picked up by the carrier:
24/72h for mainland Spain
48/96h for the Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla
72/96h for Europe
Approximately 1 week for other destinations

Remember that during promotions and sales, such as Black Friday, preparation and delivery times may be slightly extended. Believe us, both our warehouse team and the carriers we select do everything possible to get your order to you as soon as possible. 💌
You can find Two Poles products at many points of sale, especially in pharmacies. 🥼 In addition, all of them receive Two Poles training so that they can advise you on the best routine for you. You can find the one closest to you here by moving around the map. 😉
