Introduction
Legal Terms and Conditions – Mandarina Duck x Two Poles Giveaway
Mandarina Duck and Two Poles will hold two joint giveaways during July and August 2024 in Spain.
There will be two giveaways: one on Instagram and another using scratch-off cards.
Instagram Giveaway:
On July 5th, Two Poles will publish a giveaway on its social media, in collaboration with the Mandarina Duck account.
All participants must "like" the post, follow Mandarina Duck @mandarinaduck and Two Poles @twopolescosmetics, and also tag two (2) friends and/or family members in the comments to participate and be eligible for the giveaway.
Mentioning celebrities, famous people, or fake accounts is not allowed.
1. Two Poles will announce the winner on July 14th via their social media stories. Two Poles will contact the winner via Instagram DM. The winner has two (2) days to respond and claim the prize, otherwise the prize will be forfeited. A substitute winner will be contacted in the same way. They will also have two (2) days to respond and claim the prize, otherwise the prize will be forfeited.
2. The winner and substitute will be selected through AppSorteos or similar, providing proof of validity. Everything will be uploaded to @twopolescosmetics stories on July 14, 2024.
3. The winner must be following both Instagram accounts at the time of communications with Two Poles Cosmetics to be eligible to win the prize. If the winner does not follow both accounts, Two Poles Cosmetics will choose an additional winner.
4. The suitcase will be sent to the winner during July. The prize consists of a Mandarina Duck cabin suitcase, which will come with Two Poles products and various travel items. The final prize may vary slightly from the photos shown on social media depending on the product stock available at the time of shipping.
SCRATCH-OFF cards:
1. All Two Poles orders placed on www.twopoles.co between July 15th and August 25th – or while supplies last – will include a scratch-off card in the box along with the products.
2. Each customer must scratch the card to reveal the prize.
3. Only Scratch-off cards with symbol combinations as shown in the "LEGEND" are eligible for the corresponding prizes.
4. Possible prizes are listed in the "PRIZE LIST" and indicated by the combination of symbols in the "LEGEND", on the front of the scratch-off card.
5. Winning scratch-off cards must be redeemed by August 30, 2024, according to instructions.
6. Scratch-off card prizes have no cash value. No refunds will be given for scratch-off card prizes. Prizes are not transferable or refundable, nor can they be exchanged. Physical prizes can only be shipped to Spain (excluding the Canary Islands) or Italy.
7. There is no fee for the scratch-off card. Scratch-off cards cannot be resold. Used or unused scratch-off cards have no residual value.
8. Prize Shipping: all prizes will be sent directly to the winner, once their authenticity and validity have been verified.
Each scratch-off card has an ID code indicating its validity and content.
9. All extra costs and fees derived from shipping, as well as customs duties, will be borne by the winner.
MAIN PRIZE: you can win the exclusive Mandarina Logo Duck suitcase (cabin size, pink or cocktail pink) filled with travel products and Two Poles products. The final gift may vary from the photo published due to stock variations.

How to redeem the prize:
Step 1: scratch all the prize boxes on your card and find the repeating symbols to win the corresponding prize as shown in the legend.
Step 2: take a photo of your scratched card with the winning combination as shown in the legend.
Step 3: send an email from the same email address you used to place the order, to hello@twopoles.co (not m). Include your order number and an image of the code mentioned below on the card.
Common Terms and Conditions for both giveaways:
1. The prize consists of a Mandarina Logo Duck cabin suitcase in pink or cocktail pink (depending on stock), filled with Two Poles products and travel amenities. There will be a total of two (2) cabin suitcases as prizes, one for the Instagram Contest and one for the Scratch-off card.
2. Prizes are not transferable. The suitcase can only be shipped to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands, Canary Islands not included) and Italy.
3. The prize depicted in promotional materials is for illustrative purposes only; actual prizes may vary.
4. This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participants must be of legal age in their country of residence where the Promotion is offered. No purchase is necessary.
5. By participating in a Mandarina Duck x Two Poles contest or giveaway, the participant irrevocably grants Mandarina Duck x Two Poles a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, assignable, fully paid, and royalty-free license to republish, publish, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise use the participant's submission on all media channels and platforms. Mandarina Duck x Two Poles will have the perpetual and worldwide right to publish and use the submissions in any way and in any medium for commercial, advertising, promotional, and/or other purposes that Mandarina Duck x Two Poles may determine without further consideration to the participant.
