How to redeem your prize:
Step 1: Scratch all the prize boxes on your card and find the repeating symbols to win the corresponding prize as shown in the legend. You need to find 4 identical drawings to win a prize.
Step 2: If you win a prize, take the scratch card to the point of sale so that the pharmacist can inform Two Poles of the scratch card ID, as well as the shipping address and details for the prize.
Step 3: Send an email from the same email address you used to place the order to hello@twopoles.co (no m). Include your order number and an image of the code mentioned below on the card.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Prizes will be sent directly by Two Poles, with the exception of the 20% discount.

2. Prizes are not transferable. Shipments will only be made to mainland Spain.

5. By participating in a Two Poles contest or sweepstakes, the participant irrevocably grants Two Poles a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, assignable, fully paid, and royalty-free license to republish, publish, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works, or otherwise use the participant's submission on all media channels and platforms. Two Poles shall have the perpetual and worldwide right to publish and use the submissions in any form and in any medium for commercial, advertising, promotional, and/or other purposes that Two Poles may determine without further consideration to the participation.

PURCHASES MADE IN PHARMACIES:
1. All orders placed in pharmacies containing at least one Two Poles product, between July 23 and August 25 - or while supplies last - will include a scratch card.
2. Each customer must scratch the card to reveal the prize.
3. Only Scratch Cards with symbol combinations as shown in the “LEGEND” are eligible for the corresponding prizes.
4. Possible prizes are listed in the “PRIZE FUND” and indicated by the combination of symbols in the “LEGEND.”
5. Winning scratch cards must be redeemed by August 30, 2025, according to the instructions.
6. Scratch card prizes have no cash value. No refunds will be issued for scratch card prizes. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable, nor can they be exchanged. Physical prizes can only be shipped to Spain.
7. No fee is charged for the scratch card. Scratch cards cannot be resold. Used or unused scratch cards have no residual value.
8. Prizes: when the gift is a product, it will be sent directly to the winner's home by Two Poles. The winner will communicate the scratch card ID code, as well as all necessary details for receiving the prize, to their point of sale.
9. All extra costs and fees derived from shipments, resulting from customs duties, will be borne by the winner.
